Order Processing & Shipping Information



T3 Gear offers the following shipping options: UPS, USPS. We can ship internationally and to APO/FPO addresses based on ITAR rules. 

Please allow one business day for order processing. Please note that T3 has the right to cancel orders. Additionally, an order is not accepted until your credit card is charged, and the items are shipped. T3 can only fulfill orders with available inventory.

Sales tax will be charged on total merchandise (excluding shipping) for orders delivered to California & New York.

When your order ships, you will be notified via email with information on how to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges



We want you to be 100% satisfied with what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Please contact our Customer Service department via email at customerservice@t3gear.com or call 855-TTT-GEAR (855-888-4327) to begin processing your return or exchange.

Repack the product in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label for fast processing.

For your security, please return the item ordered with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. T3 is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Returns must include original sales receipt, tags and original packaging. Please only return unworn, unwashed items (unless item is defective). All items are subject to inspection; a restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are not refunded.

ALL SALES OF UNDERGARMENTS, HEADWEAR, WATER BOTTLES, HYDRATION PACKS AND UTENSILS ARE FINAL.
